Jewellery
All LOWANNA jewellery products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wearing counterfeit or non- LOWANNA charms can damage LOWANNA cupid bracelets and will void the warranty.
•    LOWANNA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been affected by a non- LOWANNA products.
•    Stretching of LOWANNA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.
•    Do not expose your LOWANNA products to harsh chemicals or environments.
•    Silver pieces are subject to oxidation.
•    Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your LOWANNA product. These types of chemicals includes, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Please note that parts of leather, glass and string items have a warranty of 6 months from date of purchase.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

The warranty offered on LOWANNA products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.
What do I do if my LOWANNA jewellery is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. Insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
My LOWANNA jewellery is damaged. What should I do?
We politely request that faulty or damaged items are be returned to a LOWANNA retailer so that the item can be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment. We would advise that you return it to the store where the item was originally purchased. If this is inconvenient, please contact any LOWANNA retailer for assistance. Our retail partners will keep you updated with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is completed.
Can my LOWANNA jewellery be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. We offer repair service, which includes clasps replacement, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.

A small fee may be required for repairs made to the items outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase.

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
