Remarks:

Since some of the Customs in the European countries (For instance, UK, France, Germany and Spain) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections up to 3-4 weeks, please refer to the specific location and international post guide.

Since China Customs imposed a tighter postal security measures, parcel may be selected for customs clearance randomly and therefore subject to a certain delay on delivery time.

If orders are returned to us due to customers’ refusal to pay tax or unable to proceed with import trade declarations, then customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 15% re-stocking fee for order cancellation.

Delivery time
Order will be processed by next business day and dispatched on the following day while payment is verified. However, since order processing cut-off time is by 4p.m. daily for logistic arrangement purposed, and therefore payment verified beyond cut-off time will be processed by next business day afterwards. Please note that lowanna-aus.com business hours is from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (excluding public holidays).

lowanna-aus.com strive to provide efficiency and earliest delivery service to customer but while delivery time may vary by destination and shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). lowanna-aus.com shall have no control over and will not be responsible for any delays. Split order
If your order item(s) does not meet with the local regulation or requirement of the delivering country, e.g. weight or total order amount, lowanna-aus.com will automatically separate your order into several parcels and delivering in different dates to meet the requirement.
Dispatch notification
We will send a Dispatch Notification email to you after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after placement of the order online. You can expect to receive this email within 3 to 14 business days timeframe. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.

If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. You may report to your email service providers that you cannot receive emails from sales@lowanna-aus.com.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax or provide an ID copy import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
