Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly take returns and exchange for all return items (unless otherwise noted). The item(s) must be unused, unaltered and returned with the original product packaging. However, shipping fees and insurance is not refundable.

Our quality Assurance department will determine if the item(s) are in original, unworn condition. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. During and after peak holiday season such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.

Please ensure that a valid proof of purchase receipt is enclosed with your return or exchange item(s) within 15 days of purchase. Kindly provide us with reason of return/exchange.
*Note: Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene & safety.

It is the sender’s responsibility to insure exchanges and/or return items.
Returns for purchase made on lowanna-aus.com should be handled through our website office. Items cannot be returned at our representative stores. Please refer to FAQ.
A receipt valid within 15 days must be presented to receive a full refund. An exchange without a receipt would be cancelled at our discretion.
